Here's an amazing GOES-R Visible satellite loop of 1 minute imagery from 17Z to 18Z (12pm to 1pm eastern time). This is showing the line of thunderstorms moving eastward along the Red River Valley.

Sea Fog Coming Ashore
When the sea fog hit land, it resulted in what looks like reflected energy rippling through the low clouds and fog off the coast. This is a "gravity wave" similar to the results you get when you drop a rock in a pond.
