Going camping? If there is lightning in the area, a tent is not safe. Find a sturdy building for shelter. If you can’t find one and are near your car, shelter in it with the windows up.

Rainfall overnight has led to wet roads this morning. Reduce speed, be patient, and remember to turn headlights on with windshield wipers.

Also, grab an umbrella or rain jacket as you head out. Showers and thunderstorms are possible, mainly this afternoon and evening. Some storms may produce damaging wind gusts or even a tornado or waterspout, so remain weather aware!
