Danielle joined Windermere in May of 2020 with 20 years of industry experience. She played an integral role in building Senn Dunn Insurance agency from a single 23-employee office in Greensboro, NC to a regional, 5 location firm with over 125 employees.
After selling the agency to Marsh & McLennan, she became executive vice president of employee health and benefits for the Mid-Atlantic region, leading financial and strategic operational initiatives. During this time, she directed multiple disciplines including finance, IT, marketing, human resources, and serving on the regional executive committee providing insight for long-term strategic planning.
In Danielle’s role as President & Chief Operations Officer for Windermere, she is charged with leading the team in its ongoing efforts to exceed client expectations with strategic, value-based product offerings, claims advocacy and outstanding service delivery – while scaling the business operations to support growth.
Danielle received a BS in Finance from the University of North Carolina – Greensboro in 1999 and her MBA from Elon University in 2008.
Outside the office, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family at the coast and teaching her 3 young daughters all things boating!
