Jaime joined Windermere in 2012 and currently serves as the Real Estate Practice Leader. Jaime specializes in the design, placement, and service of insurance programs for our Real Estate clients with projects across the US. Through Jaime’s collaboration and leadership of the Windermere Real Estate Team and with strategic carrier partners, she has developed creative and proprietary insurance programs to meet each client’s unique capital structure and risk management goals. Jaime’s superpower is in her ability to structure a competitive master program that has enough flexibility and layers to also address specific risk variances within a portfolio of investments to meet our client’s goals.

Jaime received her bachelor’s degree from Wingate University and has earned her CISR and CIC designations through the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. Outside of work, Jaime enjoys gardening, fish aquariums, snorkeling, traveling, live music and spending time with family and friends.
