Tom H. Litaker

Partner / Real Estate Practice

Tom joined Windermere in 2019 and currently serves as a Partner in our Real Estate Practice. He specializes in the design, placement, and service of insurance programs for commercial real estate, construction, and manufacturing industries on a regional and national basis.

Tom’s expertise extends to private equity due diligence, contract review, and risk management in addition to the negotiation and service of insurance contracts.

Prior to joining Windermere, Tom served as an Assistant Vice President with Vanbridge LLC in New York City where he focused on Private Equity, Alternative Asset Managers and their Affiliated Portfolio Company Holdings utilizing Reps and Warranties, Management Liability, and Property and Casualty Insurance Programs.

Tom received his BS in Finance from the University of Alabama. When not working, he enjoys pursuing his passion for surfing, skiing, and the general outdoors.
