Voluntary & Supplemental Products

The variety of businesses and types of employees we cover requires that we deliver customized benefits packages to meet the extremely individual needs of certain companies.

These products and services can supplement Core Benefits to give employees choices and minimize implementation costs and premium outlay.

Cancer Insurance

This coverage relieves the financial burden of a cancer diagnosis. Having the coverage can provide a degree of assurance to individuals with a family history of cancer, or environmental factors that increase risk. Reimbursements are for a variety of services that are sometimes not covered under a traditional group health plan.

Accident Insurance

This type of policy will cover the medical and out-of-pocket costs incurred after an accidental injury. Covered costs may include emergency treatment, hospital stays and medical exams, and other expenses an employee may face, such as transportation and lodging needs.

Medical Bridge Plans

This plan fills the gaps in major medical coverage, including deductibles, co-payments and other out-of-pocket medical expenses that typically fall on the patient.

Voluntary Life Insurance

These policies offer an employee – or family members of an employee – financial coverage above and beyond what a company provides as part of its standard benefits package in the event of death. They can also offer the flexibility of portability if the policyholder changes jobs, and the ability to accelerate benefits in the case of terminal illness

Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance

A person’s income is usually their most important asset. Disability insurance helps replace a major portion of an employee’s income if they become sick or injured and unable to work. If the unexpected should happen, financial security will be at much less risk.

Critical Illness Insurance

This coverage provides a lump sum payout if the individual is diagnosed with one or more specific illnesses defined within the policy. Much like Cancer Insurance, this type of policy can provide peace of mind to those who may be predisposed toward certain illnesses.

Long Term Care Insurance

Unlike traditional health coverage, long-term care insurance is designed to reimburse for costs associated with long-term services including home health care, assisted living, adult day care, and nursing home care.
